Julia Noto

Julia joined C&F Wealth Management in 2016 after 10 years in the insurance industry.  Julia specializes in assisting individuals and groups with their insurance needs.  

Julia graduated from Old Dominion University in 2005 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Marketing.  She is licensed in Health, Life & Annuities and Personal Lines and is certified through the Marketplace.

Julia has lived on the Peninsula since 1992 and is an active member of the community, serving as a volunteer for the Girl Scouts and as a PTA Committee Chair at her children’s school.  She and her husband Adam have three beautiful daughters and live in York County.
