Douglas Hartz
First Vice President/Wealth Planner

Doug joined C&F Wealth Management in 1998. During his 30+ years in financial services, he has served as a branch manager, loan officer and branch investment officer. Doug’s specialty is assisting clients in developing their own financial plans to ensure they pursue their long-term financial goals. Investment planning, retirement planning and college savings are just a few of the many services he provides.  

Doug attended East Carolina University and graduated from Virginia Tech’s School of Business in 1988 with a B.S. in marketing management. He holds a Virginia Life, Health and Annuities license, along with Series 6, 7, 24, 63 and 65 securities registrations through LPL Financial.

Doug resides in Powhatan with his wife Lisa and their two sons. In addition to his passion for fresh and saltwater fishing, Doug enjoys hunting, camping, playing golf and spending time in the great outdoors with his family and friends. He is an avid hockey fan, who also coaches youth hockey and plays in a men’s league.

Mary Ellen Twigg
Assistant Vice President/Wealth Planner

Mary Ellen Twigg joined C&F Wealth Management in 2014 and brings 17 years of financial services experience to her role as an Investment Officer. She previously worked for parent company C&F Bank, as well as Central Virginia Bank and Legg Mason.

Robin Larkin
Operations Specialist

Robin Larkin joined C&F Wealth Management in the Spring of 2018.  Previously, she held various administrative positions within the financial services industry.  In her role as Operations Specialist she is able to showcase her expertise at organization and establishing effective working relationships by providing ongoing support to our valued clients and investment officers. 

Robin has lived in the Richmond area since birth except for the four years spent at Longwood University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Robin enjoys the water, reading, and spending time with friends and family .
